I picked up this book on Audible on a referral and man am I glad I did! This is one of the best management decision-making books I have come across.
Extremely simple and to the point. Every chapter starts with a story or anecdote from their adventures in the field as SEALs and the decisions they had to make + the outcomes.
From there, they go to real-life examples of their consulting business and then to the principles of business.
Like they said, the decision-making principles for the SEALs or a Fortune500 company is not that different…. except, in the field of combat, you have seconds to decide instead of days, and the results isn’t profit or loss, it’s life and death… so you tend to get pretty good at it (or die trying 😉)
I really enjoyed this book and recommend it often!
