Purpose:
We know Joy comes from pronounced gratitude so grab a few friends and commit for the next 14 days to a challenge of Gratitude!
What to do?
Each day, each participant lists 5 things they are grateful for… but… you may name any one thing, only once!
(Even if you are still grateful for it! 😁👍🏻)
At the end of 14 days, you should each have named 70 things that you are deeply grateful for.
This works great in a WhatsApp Group!
Alternative:
Instead of doing it daily, ask your group to have their lists ready every time your group has a weekly meeting, and spread it over 14 weeks!
